Thanks ,that’s my guess for now too, don’t know if I can replace those switches without leaking all of the freon?
Ok, I replaced the low pressure switch by the evaporator and still the same problem. Thermoking guys couldn’t get me in the shop today and weren’t really in the mood to tell me what else I could try on my own so I guess next thing to do is to set up an appointment with them when I get home, loosing a day off work while on the road plus the amount they charge is waaay too much!
When I hooked it up to the laptop via usb it popped up the file screen,if you choose START it will open a screen on google chrome and show you all the live data right there. Didn’t require any additional software
You can try to call a couple different thermo king places and see if they will talk to you about possible solutions. I call the one in roanoke va and they try to help me if they can. Did the computer tell you anything or just generic code.
Just the generic code and then I looked it up online and it called for low pressure switch. Thanks for the info about the Roanoke TK, I should be passing through there by the end of the week so if I get some extra time I might as well stop by there.
Well ended up finding both low and high side hoses rubbed on the bracket and leached all off the freon, just a tip-guys at TK of Montgomery,AL are awesome, took me in as soon as they opened and out in 2h.
