How do you know he signed/she signed a waiver...not all companies require the waiver...some companies do cover injuries incurred by a spouse...also could be in the regular insurance that the company offers.

Obviously you don't understand bruising type injuries...many injuries can "mask" any discomfort with only stiffness to protect the injured parts. There are thousands of "whiplash" cases that don't show any signs for weeks, sometimes months after the injury date.

As far as whining and crying...I would call it legitimate complaints of improper, and ILLEGAL treatment to a driver...not to mention the fact that the trailer was not repaired by the company, and/or the previous driver dumped the trailer problems onto another driver...TRULY PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR BY BOTH COMPANY AND PREVIOUS DRIVER!

Yea 2 super truckers here,riders have to sign a wavier before they get on the truck, how do I know this? 2 Super Truckers? You always start something with accusations without knowing facts yourself. If you will READ in one of my posts on this thread...I do say "IF THE WORDS ARE TRUE"...yet I (or the other "super trucker") go to the point of name calling or insults...400 pound wife...I guess you are very self indulged and over critical of others....well you do claim NY as a base...so it fits!

So, since you "just know"...why don't YOU tell the other side of the story since apparently you were there and witnessed or participated in the occurrence. Or maybe you were the driver that left the trailer in such disrepair, leaving it for someone else to take the time to get it fixed!

Any Moron knows when the equipment needs to be repaired!
The driver before Huff should be fired, NOW as he's NOT doing his job communicating with the shop and the person who told huff to go with it should be fired and never work a shop again and the owner of this BFI should have his forehead tattooed with "I'm an arse!"
If you can't run or afford to fix your equipment you're doing something wrong!
If you can't fix Huff's injuries you're still doing something wrong.
If you have to "hold" pay from the same people who make that money for you, you are really doing something wrong, you need to sell to the highest bidder and apply at Mickey D's!

Hopefully you won't get anymore applicants at your POS company if they are searching for who they are applying to! You need to be shut down! Only a low life POS would steal from their employees, lie on a DAC or tell a BS bold faced lie that the insurance company dropped him because of a tornado! I just hope the application I put in there 2 years ago has been trashed! And a friend who applied last week will drop hers also! She does like nice Petes but last night she has no desire to get bent like Huff! But then they would not want this driver in their arse as she can pull some strips off!
