AS well as he should have but his primary concern wasn't for the driver it was for the truck and trailer, and he gave them a ride back as well he had to return didn't he so that's a no brainer but didn't bother to offer them anything to drink? OK, he's a cheap arse, no biggie there! And what owner do you know puts injured people back on the road then fires them for a BS reason and NOT the MORON who dropped the POS equipment on the yard with no warning to the shop and what shop would tell a driver to go with it? None that I've worked with!

How brain dead do you have to be to allow someone who had to be CUT out of a truck to put them behind the wheel of another truck and maybe have a REAL accident and kill someone and then your high and mighty idiot boss or safety department will really have a fun time fighting THAT law suit! THEY put him behind the wheel of something that could weigh as much as 80,000 pounds not because he ASKED to but because the truck and load was there and needed to get going! The ONLY thing in charge in this problem is the MONEY! YoYo didn't want to lose that income on a load and took his brain out of gear and let his wallet think for him!
