Well I'm through orientation. Im waiting for alll the paperwork too be done on my truck so I can get moving probly be here untill tomorrow.Triple Crown people have been great, hell they are footing the bill for my hotel and meals untill my truck is ready too roll, not many companies will do that for a company driver, let alone an owner operator. So far Im impressed see how it goes.

Hey all. Well two weeks into working for Triple Crown and the verdict is. I should have done this a long time ago!My first paycheck will be next week, I recieved the statement for working three days my take home is 558. Not bad for a couple days work. I only spent one night in the truck when I did a run too Rochester NY. Staying real busy and if I want extra work all I have too do is ask. I have not had my qualcomm put in yet so Ive had too call dispatch numerous times per day. Thats annoying but I know it will only be for another week or so. They have kept up thier end of the bargain.

You have know idea what your talking about. Triple Crowns trailers are light weight and nothing but junk. It is absolutely the worse company to work for. their equipment is nothing but rolling junk. The DOT has a feild day with them.

Ya the first month will be great, but it will slowly taper off. God forbid your tractor break down, cause you will be in there pocket then and they know that. You will go break. Calling into break down is a horrible experience cause the guy is a complete arrogant ###. Have fun

They will pay your hotel and food, cause they are going to make bank ripping you off. Hope you didn't lease a truck from Stoops Freightliner.

Horrible company to work. Check out my post. I am tcssucks. Worse company ever. good luck trying to get that bonus.. thats just to get a nother sucker into the door.

I worked there for about a year and a half.
It was good while it lasted but then they sold us all out to
a lower bidder when the contract came up for renewel.
Everybody got flushed down the toilet.
With all the cost cutting fever going on that seems to be
    the norm nowadays.

If anyone has any info about the Bethlehem PA terminal, it would be appreciated. I have been kicking around the idea of going o/o and since I like to be home most nights, Triple Crown intrigues me.

Thats where I ran out of -- Bethlehem, PA.
From what I hear it's gone to the dogs.
They kept a crew of company guys on to
pick up runs the O/O couldn't/wouldn't do.
We lost the contract and the new crew lasted
barely six months before they got rid of them
too and turned it all over to the O/O.
From what I heard most of the O/O hate the
contract they were all forced to sign.
You'll do a lot of NYC, Philly, and Boston with
trucks the O/O have a tough time doing.

Well 6 months in and Iam quitting in January. Triple Crown has become a terrible company too work for. Both them, the Fleet/Terminal Managers, and the dispatchers do not care one bit about the owner ops doing the work for them. They only care about the freight and thier numbers, so they can get their bonuses. They will try too pin thier mess ups on you just too cover thier own butt's, Ive had too enlist the help of the terminal office girls too clear me of wrong doing on a couple of occasions. Triple Crown wants people who pay for the equipment and fuel, but have a company mindset. You will not control any aspect of youre buisiness. Iam sorry that I ever came too work here.
