    It's the one gripe I have about this site. We're truck drivers, not computer programmers and the staff shouldn't forget that.

    This is ridiculous! Whats next? Volume knob on the radio can be rewired to roll the windows down? I'm too #### old to be thrown these kind of curve balls!

    interesting, wonder what the idea behind that configuration would be. my Kenworth was spec'd with two separate trolley brake handles, or "spikes". one applies only trailer brakes, the other applies only tractor brakes.

    Winch truck? We see that configuration alot in the patch. Its nice at long stop lights, dont need to keep your foot down.

    yeah, for winching back to a building in slippery conditions to keep the line taut so it spools properly on the drum. foot brake or trailer spike can lock the trailer brakes and skid it out of line with the load while winching back to it.
