Soggy side, I'd go into construction. If you can get in and out of a truck more than a dozen times in a day, you can make good money over there. Although, if you have to go OTR expect to make marginally more than a part time gig and to live out of the truck. I've seen OTR postings for .37 cpm recently.

We're also about to hit this trade war ######## slowdown. Nobody is gonna wanna hire for 4-6 weeks while all the boats start coming back into ports. This early summer will be a dead zone for trucking.

Construction season is here though. And on hard hat sites, passing a drug test and have a non-suspended license; let alone a cdl will get you a job.
