When loaded my truck struggles to get its its big butt moving while in 1st gear. It almost stalls out. Valves chattering like crazy. New injectors, new turbo, new clutch, transmission rebuilt, new brakes on both truck and trailer. It feels like I am pulling a loaded dryvan even when empty. Feels like something is dragging.

    Maybe something IS dragging.

My first thought is to laugh at you. Then your descriptive writing make me think.

If your truck is THAT tired and cannot get moving turn it in to the shop. Fleets are VERY WELL KNOWN for flogging a semi dead horse, or in this case a worn out tractor to avoid having to replace it.

IF you are lucky your company has about a dozen or two of bobtails lined nose to tail in long term storage in a corner of your yard somewhere find a good tractor out of that group and have HR issue tags, permits etc. for that unit number and get it into service.

Is it a automatic Cascadia? Mine is terrible for lagging. Push the pedal, wait a bit before it moves. Its particularly bad if you pull up to a stop sign, and then try to get moving again quickly. It hasnt downshifted all the way, and then can't decide what gear it should be in. Almost like if you try to take off in a manual while in too high a gear. I aint figured out anything to do about it other than remember it takes a bit to get going, so I am more careful not to pull in front of oncoming traffic. And that traffic often is still far enough away that vehicles behind me will honk at me because I didnt get moving fast enough to suit them. Doesnt lag after that and moves on through the rest of the upshifting ok.

Also I can't turn it in because it's my truck I'm an owner operator.there's nothing wrong with the engine I've already had it looked over.

It struggles to pull forward. And it is when I am letting the clutch out. Which input shaft? The one to my power divider is slinging grease. Also have a mild vibration coming from the drive axles. Have had all 4 drive hubs jacked off the ground spinning and there was no wheel bounce. Drive shaft has had new ujoints and slip joints put on including balanced. Part of me feels its in the power divider. While bobtail when I let off the fuel and give it fuel again I can feel and hear a thud.

it is possible it 's ur power divider slipping but that would have far more symptoms, im referring to the input shaft going into ur transmission, it's possible somethings wrong there, or if ur flywheel needed to be resurfaced and wasn't done with the new clutch that could also be it, but im thinking its in that region, is there any vibration or noise while letting out the clutch?

No noise when letting out the clutch. Flywheel has been resurfaced. Trans has been rebuilt and has a new input shaft, bearings and seals. The gear shift does not vibrate or make any noise going down the road. Shifts good. Also the vibration felt throughout the cab going down the road is not felt in the stickshift itself.
