ah i dig, is there any play in the drivershafts going into ur axles? what about the carrier bearing?
-
Carrier bearing is new. No slop on the trans side of the shaft. The carrier bearing blew out earlier this year. Went flopping around while I slowly creeped off the road. Had new ends put on the driveshaft and spun balanced. A new yoke put on the little shaft that goes from the bearing to the input shaft of the power divider.

im not sure if this would interfere with pulling forward but what about ur motor mounts
-
Rear motor mounts are new.

wow i dunno, what engine u got?

500hp d13

any rpm changes while letting out the clutch

Mine does the exact same thing , and it also has a nice quirk when it gets cold over night , first thing in the morning it wont shift into 8th gear, it will get to 8th then glitch and hit neutral , let off the pedal, and it goes back to 7th , try again. Usually takea 3 attempts and its good for the rest of the day. Only does it when its cold outside and the truck has cooled off. Boggles my mindMrEd Thanks this.

Has anyone looked to see how the engine is actually programmed? It may have a de-rated fleet spec that is keeping the torque down in the lower gears.
