Ride it out amigo, get a year with those anal clowns and find a good outfit to run for. I can tell you the first OTR outfit I ran for was about the same as where you are now, but 1 year of OTR opens a myriad of doors.

 

How many loads have u ran on ur own so far

 

They should be on there. Do u get paid weekly

Yeah thats how payroll usually works in my experience. It will be a week behind . U should be getting paid for those loads this week

 

I know that feeling. My first outfit was great about taking my lumper feed out of my check and not putting it back even though receipts were turned in. I put up with their crap for 1 year and at that point nearly every company hiring was willing to take me and pay higher wages. I think I was 1 of the drivers responsible for their making the fleet managers/payroll off limits to drivers. Went in, got in an individuals face, and told them the next time my check was short I was going to put my rig up their posterior orifice. I was younger and not as good natured as I am now.
