Truck auction ripoff? Odo delete?

Not saying I’d do it, but there are people that are. A guy in Friend NE was building a glider and had a guy come up from KS. It was assembled and running and had a set of pipes on it and that’s it and he got $200k for it. New ones on Truckpaper are $240k and above. Prices shot up as soon as Paccar stopped offering them.

 

If I was gonna spend that kind of money, I'd restore something cool. Probably be cheaper.

 

Only 523 hours on the engine....

 

The one I keep waiting to see pop up somewhere is the Legacy number 1000/1000. I think that one is sitting in a shop in WY somewhere.
