I just seen that on the news. People on the bus say the bus driver swerved for no reason at all.

    This indicates a lot:

""We're treating him as a witness, not a suspect," the law enforcement source told CNN, referring to the truck driver."

To make a statement like that means he's already been cleared, or they would have said something very vague about his status. I did press briefings as a military cop, and not much has changed over the years when referring to people associated with an incident.

I also heard that the bus driver may have been dozing off and jerked the wheel as he came back to conscienceness.

i hate buses! all of them! tour busses, motor coaches, grey hounds, it dsnt matter! those things go wayyyyyyyyyyyy to fast all the time!!!. in all weather conditions!.
Conn. is the only state that i have ever seen pulling busses into the scare, and inspecting the drivers logs!
enough with the regulations on big trucks!, its time to start regulating the busses!. we crash we kill one or 2 people, sometimes more!. a bus crashes its way more lives being taken,
the driver is of this bus is gonna be in a lot of trouble when they review his black box, camera, and inter view more passangers.....
the truck driver would no if he clipped a bus, there would be somethign on his trailer indicating he did... a brush mark, scratch, scrape, paint of the bus....
hes doomed! ( bus driver )

from a news report, some of the passengers said they could hear the "rumble strip" and the driver was weaving, and no one even see the truck come close to the bus.

the bus driver "napped" in the parking lot of the casino, from "about" midnight till 3:30 AM, the when they took off, at or about 5:50 AM he crashed...was on MSNBC website...
