Truck Drivers Need To Wake Up!!!!

Why is it that truck drivers get what leftover a company made off a load???
Let me break it down.... Your at home looking for a job on the computer or a friend refers you to a company. You call the company and talk to the "Recruiter" His/Her job is to see if you qualify. So you go to orientation and meet yo dispatcher or whatever. You get your truck then you get your first load. The Load come from the "Broker" then the broker passes to the "Load Planner" and the "Dispatch" dispatches you.....


Doing some research I find out "Recruiters" Get anywhere from $400-$1000 per person they get to company rather they quit during orientation or not.

The "Broker" makes any where from $40,000-$1,000,0000 depending on how long he's been doing it and how much customer he's got under his belt.

The "load planner" makes anywhere from $30,000-$65,000 just to put load together...There the ones that make the decision if you go home or not lol

The "dispatcher" make hourly or salary so like $10-$20 an hr or $1000-$1500 a week plus bonuses...


The "Truck Driver" You........... Make $.14-$.45cpm and more then half of truck drivers bring home less then $30,000 a year but most of you brag about how many miles you got ..........Life of a truck driver

 

Some companies are paying that if you have exp. you have to find them i know my dm make like 850 a week

 

so true!!!! im not saying go be a dispatcher or something i was putting the information out there for the new drivers that have these college degrees and cant find something else to with there self....we all getting screwed no matter where u go.....

 

where did i pull what this information?? This is true do your research.....dont be a fool and think truck drivers make the big bucks because thats a lie .....the big ad like make up to 50,000-60,000 a year.....key word there is make up to.....truck drivers get left overs weather you believe it or not
