Truck drivers stop wrong-way driver on us-131
Two semi-truck drivers are being credited with stopping a driver heading the wrong-way on US 131 early Friday morning.
It happened around 2 a.m. near the Kalamazoo-Allegan county line. Callers to 911 say the driver was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes.
Two semi-truck drivers were able to block the driver and keep him there until police could arrive.
That driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated and was taken to the Kalamazoo County Jail.
