If it is that bad, I would report it to the BBB

No power steering? You evolved popeye arms for that. No air? You learned to use hotels when payroll is good. And hydrate. Half the stuff is a mess? If it is your assigned tractor and THAT is a mess, then I say you learned very well how to be messy eh? //teasing.

Now we are into winter. No defrost either I bet. you learned to hang outside your window so you wont frost over then ice the inside of your cab with the breath. Ha...

When I started I dealt with that for years. Sometime in the 90's companies finally started buying new trucks so they can put in a governor at 55 mph. tsk.

Sadly -- Ridgeline's commentary above is all-too-accurate in the trucking world -- & especially so if you pull "boxes" (dry van, or reefer) for freight. :(

If you are the type that is easily offended (or "butt hurt") -- get out -- NOW. o_O

Even though i moved on after 18 months, Millis was professional and a good deal, especially if you've served in the military.

One year required employment with them but I was trained properly, did my 15k miles with one trainer, received pay after three weeks of training. PAM is one of the true bottom feeders in the business. 6000 for training is ridiculous.

Translation: I knew all this before going, had an issue with it, yet I still did it.
