Truck mart is a company that will sell you a truck but not stand by there word or work.
So I found a truck I wanted and for a week they knew the day and time I would be there to pick it up.
Drove out there and saw the truck, was filthy and after taking for a road test it had a check engine light on, no oil change , chopped tires and a few electrical issues. Mind you they said the truck had been through the shop and ready to go.
So then I said no way on that truck. So we walked around and I found a t660 . Was clean and again was told it was gone through and ready to go.
I signed the papers and after hours of sitting was sent on my way. Week in the truck fuel gauge and leveling system isn't working properly . 1100$. Week later the regen dozer doesn't work 1000$. 3rd week the dpf filter was so full the company couldn't clean it out . 3500$.
Now they advertise they go through the trucks and clean or replace the dpf filters before delivery.
So I called them on the dpf bill . There response was well ita not here so I don't know what's wrong with it. So they say you can bring it down and we will take a look . 6 hour drive going regular speed. I told them I cant the truck is in derate. So they basically said your problem now . I hope this helps anyone unsure when dealing with them.
It's too bad there are companies like this that treat hard working owner operators this way just trying to support a family.
