Truck missing on high side when loaded

    I have a 04 Mack Vision. Put it in shop for a water leak. However when I got it back it had a miss. Had injector replace ,had cam check, and a vgr aculater put on. It only seems to miss when loaded and on the high side. It has a e7 motor in it. What else can this issue be?

    Electronic issues I'd put my money on it. Did you do an injector cut out for each cyl?

    Go over on big mack trucks. Few good techs over there are very knowledgeable but imo sounds like electronic issue. Plagued by them

    Thanks I appreciate that a lot. They suppose to have did an injector cut out on all of them. I’ve taken it to two shops. Also is Big Mack truck a shop, website or forum

    Forum.

    A prolink 9000 diagnostic tool will help you a lot. No going to the dealer everytime to have it plugged in. You want a Vmac4 cartridge. Plus most mack dealers don't know #### anymore when it comes to the grey engines........volvo only now

    How much and where can I purchase this tool? The last shop I took it too supposed to have used a machine that showed all the code that had issues and I had it fixed

    This right here. You'll need a vmac4 cartridge to go with it. That's what gen your ecu is. Idk if they even have a vmac4 interface. I know they have 2&3 for the older E7s. The guys over on Big mack trucks would know. I would think they would
