Thanks for the detailed response!! I had the layout revised for site side angled parking. The previous layouts had to much blind side as others had mentioned. I'm about to post the revised layouts. Let me know what you think.

Alos, hit the nail on the head regarding location. It's right off HWY 90 between Pederson and Igloo Rd.

After such great feedback I decided to have all the layouts revised. This time to include site side angled parking. Same as last time....which layout do you prefer? 1...2...or 3 and why?!

Thanks in advance for the great feedback!!

I probably would pick 2nd variant
With 3rd one you have to calculate how many feet truck need to turn like this. 1653022825450.png

Also in and end of truck parking on a second picture where you truck making turn I would paint end in yellow stripes to let stupid people know that it's not the place to park Screenshot_20220520-080353_Paint.jpg

    I like 2.

3 will lead to lots of torn up trailers with people too lazy to back in, and too dumb to look in their mirror.

To dumb to look in the mirror!!
    That made me laugh.

I just thought they never used them and didn’t figure it was because they were to dumb!!

I still think we need boat rollers on the sides of our trucks to just guide the next truck in like a rub rail system

Layout 1 reminds of many pilots who have you going in one way but in order to get into a parking spot you'd have to blindside and block traffic at the entrance...not a good setup for parking

Layout 3 would be fine if the spots were switched to angled sight side backing. But for now 2 is looking better.

they will still park there and get mad when a security guard or another driver tells them they have to move.

Why are you guys worried about blind side parking it a two street just turn a round and back in. If this paid parking make a whole a lot more bobtail parking better use of space. Also a car parking area. Number 2 is by far the best. The less 90 degree backing the better.

With the way Houston is filling up with Californication and Houston Raceway Park getting ready to be redeveloped option 4 would be better. 1500 houses stacked together at shoulders width with barbed wire and electric chairs included for all the new “citizens”.
