I worked for Stevens for three years. If you're a company driver, when you go home (assuming you don't live in Dallas) you have to park your truck and trailer in a "secure location". That's usually a KW or Pete dealership in your area. If there's not one, they will find you a location such as a storage place with RV parking or something along those lines. You can't park it at your house.
If you're a lease operator, you can take the tractor to your house but you must leave the trailer in one of the afore-mentioned "secure locations".

As a company driver i was able to bobtail to the house once for one day to clean out the truck before i quit. Didnt tell my dm what i was doing until after i was done. Had to take it to a storage lot. Kw was full that time and couldnt fit me in.

I just happened to live fairly close to one of our recievers so Ive always secured it there.
