My opinion is stick with the w9 or Pete simply for parts availability. In those years, I do prefer the 9900's dash and switches, but I'll take being able to get parts anywhere and everywhere over that for far more popular models. I drive a Western Star, and have to order just about every part I need, which gets pretty aggravating.
