    Your insurance carrier might furnish you a lawyer to file claim against at-faults insurance carrier..
    Try that first!!!

    Bad head on in Tucson here the other day...idiot drove up off ramp head on into big rig...he got killed, big rig driver walked away fine!!

    The fact is, any lawyer you hire is going to want to go after your employer and their insurance for the simple fact that they have bigger policies which are actually capable of paying out. The woman who caused the accident likely has a much smaller liability policy and limited assets. Winning a case isnt worth a #### if there is no money to take.

    Thats just how things are in the world of litigation.

    You should settle with the insurance company for a reasonable amount.

    Tracy Morgan got 75 million. That seems reasonable to me.

    Good one...man I really hate to sue my company their a good company plus suing them I won't be able to work for them anymore
