He can park it at the scale in College Park. I have parked there myself. He can take the Metro into the city. the Park and ride is at the scale house at the 495 and 95 split.

I work there in the office.. I know the dm's. If it is loaded you can not do it. I have parked there for 34 hr resets. that is what he will be doing.
