Vibration is the worse when it comes to having a truck.

Currently have a similar issue regarding vibration, I have an old as truck 99 FLD120 with a Emodel Cat low miles. I mostly get it during 45mph, so this week I replaced the (U Joints the drums/brakes). Gotta get new front tires and replace all my shocks, since everything is old and those are mostly causing my issue but I don’t know instill I test it next week hopefully.

Do a search on vibrations and balancing. Lots of great information on this forum.

In my opinion it's probably the crankshaft damper. We have a c15 that the driver thought had a driveline vibration. I suspected the damper, so I installed a new Vibratech TVD Viscous Damper. It smoothed out the truck so much that he told his buddy about it. His buddy wanted to know what brand it was and where to get it. I just replaced some on our Detroits and have a c13 with a vibration that's next. It can really make a difference and should be changed every 500,000 miles as stated earlier.

Check the brake drums for being out of round IF you have recently had any replaced if not move on to step 2
2.I would check the balance on the tires. I had this issue and it was a tire out of balance because the liquid balancing crap stuck on one side of the tire.
    3. Did any one check the rear ends and tranny?

Hi I am back onto this thread again, my issue is still not fixed. Still experiencing the same issue. I have replaced all four air bags, because the mechanic before had mid matched the family of air bags. This still did not fix the issue.

I also noticed that the ride height on the rear front axle is at 9.25 where as it is around 10.5 on the rear rear axle. I got the wheel bearings check and they were fine.
