Think you need to get the starter rebuilt. Your getting 0 rpms and volts are low not enough to fire the engine or batteries are low from cranking to much. After cranking on mine for 2 days with 4 new batteries guy said my starter was cooked so he rebuilt it for around 200.00 or so after that it cranked real fast.

sounds like it’s dragging, alright
Gix1k Thanks this. -
Hook up a strap, and pull start it
Gix1k Thanks this. -
What Rider said try to bump it in gear.
Gix1k Thanks this. -
That starter might be pulling batteries down, but enough juice to it should make it crank fast enough, either will make it fire up, even at a slow crank. Even the prime if lost will come back, if you pull it around in gear to get it started.

IF he has enough room to drag it around he can try it.

My mechanic just stopped over and connected a computer to it. The ECM is fine and throwing no codes. He’s concerned with the primer. He said he hasn’t seen one have fuel come out as you’re pumping it. I’ll post a video of that.
He also said the same as above that the new batteries are too low now and suggested I get one of those portable battery chargers and let it sit on there for a while. -
Here is the primer.

I'm no mechanic but I'm thinking starter from trying to start it to much. Just going on what happened to mine, but try the charger and see what happens. Primer probably needs rebuilt and not doing it's job because of it leaking.
Rideandrepair and Gix1k Thank this. -
You can take the fuel cap off, and use a blow gun and a rag to pressurize the tanks to prime it. Doesn’t take much
lwlevens Thanks this.
