    Good thing your plans don't matter one iota in your immigration status.

    Unless you meet one of the visa requirements (which I am 99% you don't) you won't be getting a permanent residency status in Canada any time, ever.

    We wouldn't let you in. Good luck trying to claim refugee status from the USA.

    Yes our healthcare is "free" (for taxpayers). But I'm not about to get into a debate on that.
