A rhetorical question is a question to which there is only one assumed answer, not a question that doesn't require an answer.

And I haven't deemed you to be anything (okay, that's totally untrue) but I didn't say you were "illegal", since that is an absurd thing to call a person.

What I said is that there is no legal avenue for the vast majority of Americans to immigrate to Canada, least of all because you don't like the legally, democratically elected political leader of your people's choosing.

Americans cannot seek refugee status in Canada, even the Americans who are shown to be persecuted under your laws. This court case has already played out.

Looked like a statement to me. One that many irrational Americans have made before you. I guess my thought process was wrong for thinking you were an irrational person.

That awkward moment when you see that the previous quote was directed @gokiddogo yikes... and the awkward moment when you try to correct the meaning of a "rhetorical question" and you're still wrong.. double whammy...

If Vietnam were to happen again today, the so called "draft dodgers" would be finger printed and locked away until American marshals showed up to take them home. It ain't like it used to be.

"Like, when I get my feelings hurt, I can go to the doctor and get feelings checked... for free?"

^^ Is that a statement too??

the dot and FMCSA would just laugh at you they don't even care about trucks until there's money to be made. honestly im not sure were you could file a complaint like that and be taken seriously. you did what you could, called the company and made the report if they . i understand were your coming from. and can see why you thought this site was good place to ask, but this was the wrong place ( im sure you see that now) we deal with so much negativity throughout the day (pissy dispatchers, DOT officers with attitudes, cars and other trucks driving like their invincible etc, etc.) that its easy to unload all that pent up frustration on the first person you see. i've done it myself to an innocent kid working the register at a travel center, all because i forgot my ID and he wouldn't sell me smokes with out, i apologized and bought the guy lunch. i work as a mover and go to a lot of Apartments and condos were most of the time i may be blocking people in, i leave my number on a piece of paper if they need to move, works well for the most part. ill gladly move when somebody asks me too as long as you can can wait for me to strap a couple things off so they dont fall, and put the ramps away. etc.( had a guy help me tidy things up so i could move, that was a nice change) if everybody just works with each other instead of against and has patience we'd all be much better off. please don't think every trucker out there is dumb, angry, and an A-hole. there are so many different types of people out here you'd be amazed. this job is mostly driving, your right, but its also driving through every type of weather, watching out for other peoples mistakes because their in a rush or simply just don't care. the hours you work are grueling, and you wont be paid for all of them. getting 75 ft of vehicle in and out of places that were made for delivery vans, without damaging anything all while trying to be quick so people don't get ancy because you had to back in off the street and block the road. there's countless thinks that make this job a hassle at times.i hope you get the results you are asking for and don't let one bad experience be your judgment for an entire industry of over 3.4 million ( number of drivers in 2006, may be higher/lower) wish ya well, and be safe out there, its a jungle.

    What's awkward about that?

Didn't mean to make you uncomfortable.

Hey buddy, yea trust me I know how difficult it is and that its more than "just driving". I know all the inclement whether that you guys need to drive through and I really do understand and appreciate you're input.

I kind of figured there wasn't #### for me to do about the situation other than call the company but once everybody starting being ########, I figured I'd join the party you know.

    Thanks again!

you start out with him being ok and just needed 5 minutes. If he has elog just that backing could have started him off. Wait 5 minutes and then see what goes on.
