Flatbed work will work u out...if not walk around the truck stop a couple times...sit ups and pushup in your bunk
ok first let me say this 3 years ago I weighed in at 420 lbs now im down to 265 my advice gets some resistance bands you can get a full body workout with them anything you can do with free weights you can do with them 20 or 30 mins workout and you will feel it I got bodylastic's along with an anywhere anchor you will be amazed and what they will do for ya workout one day the next take about a 20 min walk another thing and this is probably the hardest to do on the road but try and watch your calories the best you can
I've got a lightweight upright bike that folds up and has a relatively small footprint, i'm planning on taking that with me. Other than that, I plan on watching what I eat.
....exercise not eating at TA buffets for one thing, its bad enough to sit on your butt all day long without burning off those buffet dinners....and then there good old fashion push ups and sit-ups
Mount a chin up bar in the sleeper. You can also hang from it and do crunches. Put your feet on the edge of your bed and do incline pushups. And of course you can run around truck stops. You dont need to run far, run as fast as you can, for as long as you can. The "shocking" of your cardio will produce the best results. Well I guess if your in good enough shape to run at all.
