Still Smokin BBQ - Abbot TX, I35 cant miss the signs both north and south bound. Truck parking day/night and ###### best brisket ever.
Final Drive Thanks this. -
Coopers BBQ in Junction, TX I-10 exit 456 North side. Across the street from a truck stop. And in front of a truck stop. Plenty of parking.
And as a side note.
As a rule, i find the better BBQ places to be stand in line, cafeteria style vs sit down and order from wait staff.
What is your experience??? -

"The Shed" just east of Biloxi at i-10 and hwy 57. #### fine bbq and sides, although being from Texas I'm used to mesquite and they grill on pecan (less smoky flavor).
A caveat, their "truck parking" is grass. The owner said park where you #### well please, including the gravel lot where cars park. He said he would make the truck parking right, but for now welcome to park wherever. I had a beer load and no way I was taking that on grass. -
Also, my main terminal for Veriha trucking in Marinette, WI owns it's own truckstop with a restaurant called Tastebuds off US41 and Cleveland Ave.
The truckstop side has basic BBQ Beef or Pulled Pork sandwiches and the restaurant has BBQ on the menu.
