Speak for yourself on that one.

If I leave a positive review for a company's location, I will usually go find a manager if possible to let them know. If I am so pissed that I feel I should leave a negative review, the manager and if I can find them, the regional manager, will be notified. I don't leave negative reviews without people knowing.

As it was, my complaint against Loves for stealing 48000 Loves points off my card while I was recovering at home wound up in upper management at corporate from what I was told.

I park my truck (really just my trailer) at a local truck stop chain near my home. There are two together, but only one lets you drop your trailer. Well, when they redid the parking lot a couple of years ago, I wound up talking to someone very high up at corporate who gave me instructions on where to park my personal vehicle while in the truck because where I normally park it was being torn up and the parking lot redone. Well, recently I've had issues finding a place to put my truck because there are so many personal vehicles blocking parking places for trucks. I made one call to my corporate contact and offered her photos showing that there were more personal vehicles in truck spots than there were trucks parked at this truck stop and she said we will put signs on cars today and tow Monday morning. I thought to myself, "Ok, let's see if that holds true." Well I got to the truck stop Sunday evening and only ONE personal vehicle remained and it had a sign on it saying do not park personal vehicles in truck spots. I had a place to put my truck for the holidays!

    So one call, that's all!!!

As a side note, unfortunately I have been forced to drop my trailer and bobtail home as someone backed into my car while it was parked there and then later on, someone stole my car cover off of my car. I talked to the manager and asked her permission to drop my trailer as she has seen how much trouble I've had with my car being damaged and vandalized. She said yes, that's fine. She pulled video from the store cameras and got a good picture of the guys face and video of him stealing my car cover.

T P was one of many tools that helped me understand the OTR life. Since it was also my ELD I was connected by the umbilical. But along with Goog Maps, streetview, and a good old Rand Mcnalley, it helped me. And I have spent many hours on the road laughing at the reviews. Sometimes the old rabbit ears provided no entertainment, so...

I tried to leave a review and when i make a nickname no matter what I put it says either "name is already taken" or "inappropriate words used." I literally put driver1234 and it said "inappropriate words used." I have no idea how to leave a review on TP. I just leave them on google.

I've never looked at the reviews. I do use it to check on the weigh stations near me.
