How about a filter system on fresh air intake on large trucks so you don't get all the road dirt in your truck?? Also something that would filter out foul smells?

I think we all have cab filters, just have to replace them once in a while.

Hell's bells.... just intro the idea to one of the "Safety Gurus" and it'll become mandatory equipment. Of course they'll get it backwards so it turns solid black at night but hey.... the govt says it's safe y'know.

Man, European trucks get all the cool toys.

A handle that folds easily for side-box storage, and pivots and will accept a stock, small size, wiper blade that conforms to the windshield surface to use for squeegeeing a curved windshield clean and dry. The 8 inch, straight rubber wiper blades, mounted on a straight stick that is not ergonomic or long enough that is available at truck stops fails miserably at cleaning excess water from a large curved windshield (and having to contort and stretch to work over a large hood with a short stick is hard on a back)

A franchise that contracts with a given truckstop manager ... provides pretty girls (independent contractors, at no cost to truckstop) that work on tips only. They will have small ladders and will clean windshield, side windows, mirrors, and will vacuum driver's side floorboards if he wants ... all while the driver fills the tanks and is done before he's ready to pull up. They may also have one who also cleans interior glass, dash, door panels, vacuum all floor areas, etc while parked for an additional set fee ... (I realize many women may be apprehensive about being semi-alone with a crazy driver and I haven't worked out the security details yet) These would mostly operate during "fair weather" days. Good for the truckstop (if one offers these services but other across the street does not), no cost to truck stop, local girls make decent money, great service for the drivers.
I'm sure the women truckers will bash me for being sexist but I'm simply trying to do my part to put people to work. -
how about some kind of integral wash out system for reefer trailers? it could be powered from the reefer units alternator, pressurized by air and have a water/ sanitizer tank similar to the fuel tank but smaller. it could have a jet spray rack/ rail system integrated into the aluminium scuff board along the first 8 inches of wall up from the floor and use a kind of drive/retrieve pulley system like an electric garage door opener. A simple recess in the nose of the trailer around the evaporator unit would keep it out of harms way when the trailer is being loaded/unloaded. At between 20 and 40 dollars per washout this could save some serious dollars over the life of a trailer if it could be produced and installed cheaply. It would have to be light weight though.

They already have them. Look behind your air cleaner is a seperate filter for the cabin.
Probably why yours stinks? You never changed it.
