Truckers blocking you in

it may take you decades to understand my point ...lol in otherwords (lets hope this works)we all either american by birth (but parents or grand parents were immigrant at a certain time)or citizen -immigrants ...but still we are not the native of this lovely country ...
cuz the natives are the INDIANS(don`t confuse it with people from india)..the Indians that Cristophe Columbus and his Companions /sailors killed when they landed here...Do u get my point ...

 

and dont expect them to. a bigot tends to rely only on personal experience in forming their views, and they tend to have limited experience, and limited intelligence. my brother in law is a perfect example. IQ in the 80s (im not being cruel, he really is that challenged), lived in our little burnt out industrial wasteland town all his life in upstate new york. growing up, this town was predominately white, but when guiliani "cleaned up" new york city, he did it by busing a large portion of the undesirables upstate. many came here. black, white, yellow, brown, purple....

the result was a lot of scumbags ended up here in our town. were they all a particular color? no. but as we had HAD a mostly white town, most of the minorities here after a year or 2 of the great migration happened to be a bad element. those people make up a large portion of his limited experience, thus his viewpoint is skewed.

much like the 2 bigots here. theyve met maybe 100 (200?) "non-american" truck drivers, and taken the time to get to know maybe 3. their limited intelligence doesnt allow for the possibility of life beyond what they can see and hear. and they make snap judgments based on their limited experience. hard to argue someone out of racism. king did a good job, but how many people can really stand in the face of ignorance and beat their head against a wall trying to teach by example til some idiot shoots them to thank them for their efforts?

 

My dad brought my mother here from Austria. What generation am I? 1.5?

And do you know how the rest of the laws are about immigration.That only apply to children born here whose family's already have naturalized. And you not being sure, so you can't use that.

 

The last time that happened to me, when the guy parked, blocking several trucks, another trucker asked him to park somewhere else. The guy cursed him and took his little suitcase toward the truckstop. Well, I had an appointment, so the only way I could leave was to scrape his passenger mirrors completely off, with the corner of the trailer. And that's exactly what I did, as I proceeded to my appointment. Maybe, he will think next time, but I doubt it. I don't care, I would never park that way, never.

 

So what your saying is, since I'm a natural born citizen of the United States, ie. an American.

I'm going to bet, pokerhound, that you're already aware that experience makes up nearly 50% of how an adult forms opinions, and makes decisions.
But, maybe you didn't.

unfortunately, that is often the case. and the less intelligent one is, the more likely they are to rely more on personal experience than, say, reading a book. "those who do not remember history are condemned to repeat it" is the best quote i can think of highlighting the stupidity of relying only on personal experience to form opinions and make decisions.
