Yes every once and a while. The "problem" with a bike is you cover so darn much ground in such a short period and you may wind up riding on roads with car drivers, no thanks. After much thinking about the issue walking seems to be the best option. Nothing but shoes & clothes required. no mechanical advantage so your effort is your exercise. You can walk everywhere, except Gary, IN. Walking delivers 90% of the benefits of jogging with about 10%of the joint pounding.

I've used many. My favorite is My Fitness Pal. You can scan item bar codes and you just pick the serving. It's not bad at keeping track of calories burned as well. I use a Microsoft Band paired with the app that makes it seamless. Many phones will also keep track of activity and can send that directly to app. But the app has basic workouts with average calorie burn already there. Like Walk 3MPH for 50 minutes 100 calories burned etc.

Try not to ever drink Monster Energy. I eventually had some in a previous job and for me I think they're very addicting. I haven't had one in a long time, but I still crave them when I see them in stores.

Resistance bands take up almost no room in the truck and even if they hit you in the head, so what. They weigh nothing and if you need to ride a bus home you can take them or leave them.

Depending on how full your cooler is, you can put ice in a bag and put that in your electric cooler. That will buy you SOME power-free cooling.

If you can get hold of a block of dry ice it'll last a long long time in a cooler.

Too many apples and bananas will make you have to woo woo pretty often.

I guess I'll have to see what kind of hauling I get and what the employer says about the bike. Do many drivers cook in their trucks? I was wondering if those inverters could run a crock pot or even one of those induction hot plates.
I seem to recall seeing a gas barbecue on the back of a truck up in northern Alberta:)

The less caffeine you consume the more effective it is when you do consume it. I've stopped all coffee since Thankgiving. I wake up and go to bed like I'm a robot. I always wake up just before my alarm.

Cooking is very common in trucks. Even without an inverter you can use the 12 volt "lunchbox cookers". A guy on YouTube has a channel called "12vcooking" you can even cook a whole chicken and vegetables. The more you cook the longer it takes. But you just start cooking before you get hungry. With an inverter microwaves and crockpots and rice cookers are possible. BTW, rice cookers are good for many things, even brownies, muffins. A rice cooker is like a crock pot with a sealed lid and built-in timer. You can make a lasagna, from scratch in a rice cooker. You imagination and effort are the only limits.
