nice equipment, never heard any real life experience with solar in volvo, please keep us informed.

mb is 510+220L tank. we manage to squeeze air compressor intercooler on right side, add another exhaust cover on right side so there were 3 of them, did not look bad. truck equipped with 3x pto, for tipper, compressor, mixer. has sliding 5th wheel, 68t driveline, 530hp

google for company H J Van Bentum, they are good at hiding extra axle

I'll give him credit, he didn't go with another Roman emperor's name this time. The 2nd time it was immediately obvious it was him.

mb tractor 24xx has 4,3t axle that looks very similar to hendrickson mla2, but suspension looks like it is their own, hubs looks like from atego, so as many as possible own parts fit. it has 215/75 r17.5 tires, and wb of only 1010mm to save space for larger tanks.
car carriers have 4,5t axle and it is mb, it has hubs of driven rear axles and looks bit strange. tires are 245/70 r17.5, it is mounted in france not in factory, wb is 1090mm, wheels look same as on driven axle. et is 0, track is very wide

most of trucks has estepe, it cost more than mb axle but they work faster.

    sad things for people.

yes i can agree, they are probably best in this field, i mean in way how they build infrastructure, where you can build, way how they maintain canals, equipment they have in disasters, amount of people who are trained and prepared....

aside of this, there would be a huge impact on industry, this area of germany is most industrialized. guys dont be surprised if this reflect on some way to american products

    daf105paccar and Oxbow Thank this.

It's product made by 3rd party company, can be installed to any truck really. Costs around 400E all in with installation so not the end of the world.
