i would agree if trailer is normal priced. but to pay trailer 2.5-3x more than normal mass produced trailer kills calculation a little bit

Most run empty/full one way and full/empty the other way.(or visa versa)
The two cans are for different compagnies so full price for both.
That's how they can earn more evendough the trailer costs more.

How common they are in Belgium since you dont have 50t

Distance....goes from very short to 200km from port.....mostly.

 

Here most of container transport goes above 200km up to 450km.
