Good afternoon . I'll keep it as short and simple as I can . Got my cdl April 2021 with all endorsements including twic . Aug 2021 got hired out in OKC. Ran about 10,000 miles with trainer doing 90% of all driving from east coast to west coast . Great driving experience. Trainer was a very angry person. .bad experience and I'll spare the details keeping this short. Parted ways with the company beginning of Oct 2021 . Been out of trucking since. I worked too hard to get this license and am ready to roll. my school was 120 hours and I live about 45 minutes north of Tampa, FL. Trans am says after 90 days out of school drivers need a refresher. USA truck says drivers need a 160 school and not hiring south of Pensacola and Jacksonville at this time Western Express not hiring south of Jacksonville as well until further notice. Schneider also not hiring New drivers from my area at this time but my app is good for 1 year and they will let me know if anything comes up. However I am ready to work now. What are my options if any at all ? Hate to think this was all for nothing ..Any and all advise is greatly appreciated !including Companies that will except my current status. All I want to do is work . Again Thank You in advance. much appreciated !
