Is their a website that has Canada's Federal trucking regulations ( like our FMCSRs)? I have been searching all weekend but have come up dry.

Does each province have its own set of trucking regulations or is their only a set of federal regulations? (Like HOS in BC vs AB)

As far as each province having their own regulations , the fact that only Ontario and Quebec require speed limiters shows some provinces do have regulations of their own .

I searched that website but did not find what I was looking for.

However I was searching on the BC department of transportation website and finally found what I was looking for at the bottom of the page. http://www.th.gov.bc.ca/cvse/national_safety_code/nsc_application.htm

I forgot to mention that when you get to Yukon, be prepared for the most thorough DOT inspection of your entire driving career. You are required to carry blankets and food and water for 3 days. Be sure to grab a 5 gallon bucket and some small kitchen trash bags. The misquitos are lethal! If you have to dump, you'd better go in the truck if you cant get to a restroom. Some of those misquitos are about the size of a hummingbirds!

Does anyone have the Yukon DOT inspection list of things needed to pass the inspection?

Don't forget, if you have been out on the road for 14 days or more, you MUST show 24 consecutive hours off duty before you cross the border into Canada.
