    Yes, if a rate is agreed upon in writing and you do not recieve the payment, you have the right to hold the item until the payment is recieved.... at least with retail that is correct, not sure about shipping.

    It's just like going to a store, they won't give you your merchendise w/o you giving them money. Same thing with trucking I feel

    find out where the trucks are and bring a shotgun......... nuff said. thats how we do it in maine. easy hiding places up here..... j/k seriously unless you want to spend all kinds of money find out del. appts and areas and bring that shotgun and a title. good luck.

    A lot has happened since then but we ended up with three of the four trucks back and they are being operated by someone else who is doing a great job. When I get some more time I will fill you in on some stories!

    This previous guy is such an idiot that he still has not deleted me from his facebook so I can still read his posts and know what he is up to & where he goes. One of these days he will get what is coming to him. We know plenty of people who can't wait to get a piece of him.
