Deer guards and APUs are put on company trucks at no charge to the driver. I don't know anything about lease side.

Oh, that's great. I guess I can go without, no problem. At least I have lights bright enough to burn retinas.

They told me $800 for the deer slayer.

You have it all wrong, ORD. For you, your "deer slayer" protection is this: Loosen the straps a bit, hit the brakes, and bend smartly over to one side to let the metal beams you're carrying slide effortlessly off the flatbed, through the cab and front windshield, and onto the deer's rack. That'll take care of the "slayer" part for you!

Lease has to pay for the deer killing machines. Though I don't know if Prime has any for the Petes yet. All I know is they got the Cascadia ones.

on the lease side we were told at a friday safety meeting they were 800 bucks. 80 pounds. The average deer strick is 3000-4000. Plus the time out of service.

    Just saying

Plus they did not say how they would work it out when the lease is turned in but that there would be some work out it is a new program

When I have the free time I plan to do it. I've been busy lately.
