The Coast Guard was called in to rescue people after a semi truck went partially overboard off a freight barge in North Carolina this morning.
The incident was reported to the Coast Guard around 10:45 a.m. in Brunswick County, North Carolina, according to WWAYTV3. A truck partially fell off of the USS Brandon Randall freight barge into the Cape Fear River near Bald Head.

Don’t see how this can happen given chocking and engine off protocols but I guess if you forgot to set brakes, chocks can only do so much.
