    No good news. They admit and realize I am being blackballed. I can't get on board until 3 yrs passed or I get my current company to change their tune.

    Already sent it. They will only take the word of the my company. Even though the report says what I told them. There is no damage estimate on the report.

    I'm so sorry to here that. I cant believe a company has that much hold on a driver's life line and the driver has no control over defending it.

    Have you tried mom and pop companies for the mean time?

    I work for a mom and pop now. I'm looking for benefits and retirement. I'll manage. Maybe if I can find a truck I can finance ill strike out on my own. I've completed 2 leases in the past. I could do it again if need be (owning this time)
