Keep in mind that an averitt orientation class has 50 or more weekly. Those are replacing the drivers that quit the week before.

I like how whenever someone ain't happy with a company that they just pull random numbers and negative crap out of the air

 

My numbers came from an interview I read with averitt's owner where the person doing the interview quoted that number to Mr. Sasser and asked what their problem was. Granted it was a few years ago but that percentage is not out of line with most Mega irregular route carriers.

I sat in an orientation class with averitt much larger than 50... and my first company was covenant where orientation was 250 which was a weekly class...

When I went with interstate several years ago they bragged that their turnover rate was one of the best at 125%..

 

Did you ever have any dealing with Sassers son?
