    On average the happy meals in the U.S. cost around $2.69 to $3.29, but only if you McDonald's is on the cheap end.

    I never did understand why there was such a push for flatbed guys to get a TWIC, but your employer didn't push as hard on the Refer division. Break it down for me some time
