the guy complaining about the $3900 cost, have you checked into private schools? much more expensive....also the swift training is far superior compared to most private schools, private teaches you the bare basics for the cdl, Swift actually trains you to be a better driver and your done quicker than most other schools, the private school I originally was trying to go to was $5200 and was a 6 week course. Several I have talked to who went to private wish they didnt since they said they hardly learnt how to drive, was mostly class time.

also the $200 deduction in a week? bullshat I dont believe it, and even if it did happen you just call up payrol and get it fixed

 

I went to the swift school in Millington. Worked one year at swift and got the heck out of there. Not a pleasant place to work.

 

Believe what you want to believe. The cost of school is 3900. plus an additional cost of 500 dollars for the motel. The recruiter will tell you any thing to get you to go to the school trust me. If you go to their school make sure you dont jack knife one of their trucks. If you are feeling like you about to jack knife a truck just stop. They sent a couple of students home for jack knifeing a truck. I wish you best of luck. Make sure if you go that you really want to go to their school.

Only time I have ever jack knifed was intentional and to get into a very tight dock
