It's all relative. To some guys on here first year driver pay seems like beans. To me if I run well I can easily double my current salary and I of course would love that that since I have no college degree.

you go thru a 3 week course
learn just enough to get a license
how much of that will you remember 3 months later
reimbursement is like buying a car they either give you more for a trade in or knock of more of list price
they get the same money either way
if a trucking company reimburses your tuition all they do is give you less cpm -

Only true if you went to a company school.
I paid for my own schooling and tuition reimbursement was added to check. Cents per mile was the same for me and others not getting reimbursement.

You might as well say that if a trucking company provides health care, all they do is give you less CPM...
