I was listening to openroad the other night and Kevin Rutherford was telling how these things improve fuel mileage. Some people think he's some kind of trucking Guru or something. I just had to laugh.

I tried PaulE's "HUGABUGA" tip this week and gained 1 mile to the gal. Thanks Paul.

 

Turbo 3000D, Gulf Coast Filters, OPD1, or what ever it is this week. Can anyone remember the Old Wild Wild West SkaKe Oil Traveling Salesmen??????? Linament I believe it was called, cure anything from a hang over to a dose of the crabs or even cancer of a fatal bullit wound, bring you right back to life!!!!!!!!!

 

I'm pretty sure they are one of the companys that sponsor his program on XM. How many of those things you suppose they need to sell each month just to pay for all the advertising?

 

WOW!!Thats impressive..Ive always said the"HUGABUGA" fuel saving method gives the same improvement as the Turdblo 3000 "Guaranteed"
since you got 1 mpg increase, does this mean the Turdblo really works?

 

LOL,I really dont think so. Got a friend who has had it on his trk for 5 months and says he cant see any help from it.He's gonna try the "HUGABUGA" trick this week.Will let everyone know how it goes.HAHA

 

This guy I know mixes Lucas,ATF,Rotella and cooking oil all together,he says it works great.

 

I would be very scared about running oil through a modern diesel. These oils (ATF and Rotella) aren't meant to be burnt. When a person runs these through a motor the oils will turn into ash when they are burnt. The ash will then get deposited into the oil. Also the oil is thicker than the fuel that the injectors was designed to flow.

 

friend of mine installed the turbo one month ago, he runs about 6,000 miles aweek (team) he said not to waste your money he hasn't seen any improvement in mileage at all.
