I have a T600 on the road with a CAT and my driver was at a truck stop and another driver gave him one claiming it was worthless and wished him luck. Well, according o my driver, he has seen a noticable improvement. Leased on with Panther and pulls mostly medium to light loads.

i bought one and it paid for itself already i ran 746 miles on 75.125 gallons running Sacramento to kingman az then i filled up with 107 gallons in kingman ran to Albuquerque then to El paso put in 95.571 gallons in el paso and ran to rancho cucamonga which is 785 miles from where i picked up and still have a half a tank the only difference i did with this is instead of running 65 i run between 63-64 and im seeing massive increase in fuel mileage so believe what you want about it but its working for my truck sucks that it doesnt work for some but theres a rumor you cant run over 65mph haven't gotten proof of it yet but if you hear something let me know thanks
