    Talking to my mechanic, he said Turbo Boost at 300 - 320 kPa won't hurt the turbo probably just blow a hose. Worst case scenario will crack CAC.

    Get him to go for a drive with you whyle monitoring turbo speed on his laptop and see what he says

    Haven't finished a trip yet, so don't know about fuel but boost peaks at 350kPa - 51PSI

    Boost will very depending on what calibration code is in your ECM, your vgt's lifespan is limited in that 50psi range......guaranteed. Different ECM calibration codes have different tuning whether it be adding timing or more fuel or both. I currently am running a diesel spec stage one tune and pdi manifold, turbo, and make 32psi tops for boost at 2000ft above sea level.
