If I switch a Detroit DD13 Motor for a 60 series Detroit in a 2015 Freightliner, do I need to change turbos and starters as well?

Btw i have 2013 freightliner with 12.7 series 60 detroit ....dont remember what old engine was ...detroit or cummins...just the kit to have it installed and working was near 10k
