I have a 2019 367 and can't figure out where the relay is exactly located. Need to do a led flashed conversion.

There is no flasher relay. All is done in the cecu/chassis node. The cecu can be programmed for led lights though.

What is the cecu? I guess that means a dealer has to reprogram it and it is not related to the engine which I could take to my nearest Cummins dealer?

The program is called ESA. Cummins does not have it. Kenworth/Pete/Some of us have it.
