My company sells and delivers building materials, another part does heavy equipment rentals and deliveries. I'd have no problem getting my delivery truck into that driveway with my short tractor and 45' flat. I do worry about substandard residential paving jobs, though. I'd far prefer to deliver to that when it was still gravel and rough grade. The truss crane would much rather set up on gravel as well, rather than fix any paving damage. If we were delivering 48' trusses to that job, the boom truck would roll into the left side, the flatbed would pull into the right. After setting the trusses the boom truck would leave and the flatbed would back around the corner then exit. However, if there's a place to turn around and back up the road to the building that would probably be the choice of many drivers.

I missed the 20% grade part.. that's going to be steep. Some parts of the country won't even let you have that much grade by code. I hope you're not in freezing rain/snow country. Breakover from the road to the flat portions you've drawn is going to be fun.

I had a fuel pump go out on an 11 yard Pete 359 mixer during a pour.

Took 2 wreckers to pull it out lol lol.

You put a truck and flatbed into that driveway? That’s pretty impressive. I have a 45’ wide driveway and turn off a 20’ wide road. I can just barely make it with my 48’ double drop. 21EFCAEB-AB1F-4E3C-9483-0F304D731838.png

I have to use my dump valve to get in there, so my trailer behaves like it's only 38' long. Makes it a lot easier than it looks. I did manage to blindside back in there without the dump valve once, but I could never do it again. I even put my drone in the air, and I still couldn't do it. Problem is trying to stay on the road and out of the neighbor's yard.

Gate is 14’ wide set back 75’ from road. Can park two trucks with a pickup in between them in the flared part safely off of the road with the gate closed. To get idea of scale the two trailers on left of shop are a 48’ and a 38’ and a 36’ sitting between shop and house.
I can either pull straight into and drive through the shop or turn hard right halfway down the drive and then back up anywhere else need be. It is hard packed coastal grass covered 3/4 base.

The flare at the road makes all the difference in the world. No wide swing necessary and opens it up for vision. There is a 90 degree bend in the old road 700 ft down at north corner of property that is blind and people fly through it.

That setup is horrible. But out of the goodness of my heart I'll take it off your hands, cheap yes but you'll be rid of your nightmare.;)

A pond and more trees and you'll have a lil slice of heaven there.
