Turning up N-14 Celect?

I have a N-14 Celect in my 378 Pete. It is a 435 HP, Transmission is a RMX 10-165A. Can I turn the engine up to 500 HP and not kill the transmission?

I pull a 48' step deck and mainly haul oilfield stuff, we do a lot of drilling rig moves and are often loaded heavy.
